Our client is China’s new international media organization. It was launched by the state run broadcaster late 2016. By launching the new channel, the station wants to re-brand its product to the world, to cope with the global trend in media convergence.
1.Source new candidates using all recruitment channels available to ensure resourcing targets are met.
2.Pre-screen and interview candidates, face-to-face or via Online Apps.
3.Help to manage a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle.
4.Conduct responsible and thorough background checks on all potential new hires.
5.Use of a variety of interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and identify exceptional ability.
6.Other HR Responsibilities as required.
2.5 years above recruitment experience within the HR and Recruitment industry, and minimum 2-3 years experience of recruitment in media industry(TV News filed preferred.) is essential.
3.Speaks idiomatic English is a must, and intermediate level knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be big plus.
4.Capability to communicate and engage stakeholders with solid recruitment advice.
5.Result-driven, be able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6.Working experience in Asia preferred.
Salary basis/benefits and relocation package are negotiable depends on individual successful candidate.
